Rationality Tools

It seems to me that in public discourse around various political topics there's basically no nuance to how people make arguments. It's always black or white, pick a side and you get a 'starter pack' of opinions at the very extremes of any topic. I don't have a proper solution but I created Rationality Tools where you can paste an article from a news website and it would analyze it for logical fallacies and human biases via ChatGPT. In theory, logical fallacies are well established as a language construct so it should be easy for an LLM to spot these. Around the time I created this, I was reading Thinking Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman and it made me appreciate how much of our cognition is irrational and based on heuristics. In today's world this, I believe, is one of the reasons for the above-mentioned polarization of almost any topic.
